We are a Mother-Daughter Partnership specializing in

“Premier” Homes and Land in Prescott. In 1997, we combined experience and talent in personally buying and dividing land,

then designing and building custom homes.

I have resided in Arizona since I was a baby. After vacationing in Prescott for many years, the

beautiful mountains, tall pines, fantastic weather, and small town atmosphere won me over and

I decided to make it my home.

My real estate and market experience spans over 30 years in Arizona, including 7 years as a

financial consultant, 12 years as an escrow officer, and 8 years with Realty Executives in

Phoenix specializing in Residential Real Estate. In 2005, I brought my knowledge and experience

to Prescott specializing in Custom Homes, Land, and Residential Real Estate. With my extensive

real estate background I truly understand the situations of both Buyers and Sellers in

today’s complex market.

I was born and raised in Arizona, the daughter of “Realtors”. I attended college at Arizona State University and Southern Utah University majoring in Exercise Science and Nutrition. After college,

I built, owned and operated my own business for 12 years. In 2006, I moved to Prescott and joined

the “Prescott Premier Homes” team bringing my understanding of client service, marketing

and dedication.

Growing up I was blessed to have the opportunity to show Quarter Horses, travel the United States and competed at the “World Level”. My current passions are designing custom homes and training and competing in triathlons.
